At Healthy Bodies Physiotherapy, our group rehabilitation programs are different from what you may experience at a gym or studio. We individually create a program on behalf of each participant to ensure it is targeted specifically to condition and its causes.
Patients recovering from issues with their back, neck, or joints and pre and post pregnancy benefit greatly from our regular classes. We keep our class sizes limited to 4 participants at the maximum, ensuring our physiotherapists can give each participant the individual attention they need.
