What makes you different to every other physiotherapy clinic?

All our therapists have experience working with national or international sporting athletes and teams. We are a multidisciplinary clinic which means not only do we offer an elite Physiotherapy service but we also provide Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage and a range of Supervised Rehabilitation Classes meaning we can more effectively offer solutions to a larger range of conditions chronic and acute.

We have a 60sq meter gym on site fully equipped with weights, squat rack, bench press, cable machines and pilates equipment so that we can assess your gym technique and provide you with gym progressions and rehab that is appropriate to your condition.

How many treatments will I need?

This is highly variable patient to patient. Our goal is to help you manage your injury. Therefore we will always give you exercises and educate you regarding what to do in between sessions to optimize your recovery without having to visit us as frequently as you may expect.

Should I still come even if I’m not an athlete / Am I too old for help / I should have come months ago, is it still worth coming now etc etc etc?

We hear them all! And the simple answer is: of course! Although our practitioners have experience working with and treating elite athletes we spend majority of the time working with the general population and we treat you no different than we do with them. You are never too old… “use it or lose it”, so let us help you by fixing “it” so you can “use it” effectively. It is better to do something than nothing, so no matter how old the injury is, if you believe it’s time to do something about it, let us help you.

Cancellation policy?

As we are a very busy practice, we do appreciate notice of a change or cancellation of appointment as soon as possible. If the notice is less than 24 hours, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What should I bring/wear?

Please wear lose fitting, comfortable clothing. For group classes, please also bring a drink bottle and a pair of socks.

Yes, we have free car parking onsite. We are located at 159 Centre Dandenong Road, Cheltenham. Drive down our driveway and you will see parking behind the clinic. There is a handicap car space available also.

Do I choose Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology or Remedial Massage for my condition?

Do you have a ramp?

Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible including the gymnasium and all treatment rooms.
